We are looking for a Manager, Accounts with 7+ years of experience to lead financial operations in a fast-paced software company, with expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, banking, and team leadership. Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

Oversee daily, monthly, and annual Financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, Reconciliation and Reporting.
Monitor and manage the Petty cashbook, Cash-in-hand book, and Bankbook.
Ensure timely preparation of invoices, VAT Form 6.3, 6.6 and tax-related documents.
Prepare Financial statements, Budgeting Reports, and Forecasts.
Ensure proper Remittance document preparation and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee QuickBooks (QB) and Payoneer bankbook updates.
Maintain and track client overdue payments and follow up for collections.
Process payments related to Vendors, Assets, and Operational expenses (e.g., rent, utilities, office repairs, etc.).
Ensure timely Salary preparation, Payroll processing, and Disbursement.

Compliance & Taxation:

Ensure accurate tax and VAT calculations, filing, and payments.
Prepare Monthly Tax a/VAT Tracking summary for company and employee taxes.
Prepare and verify Audit reports with necessary supporting documents.
Handle RJSC, NBR, Vat circle related tasks and statutory compliance.

Banking & Financial Coordination:

Manage all Banking communications and Transactions.
Prepare and process Bank documents such as cheque Requisitions, Cash Requisition and others Related Documents as needed.
Coordinate with BRAC Bank RM and employees for new Employee Account Openings.
Ensure proper loan documentation and tracking. (If needed)

Leadership & Team Management:

Supervise and mentor the Accounts team members.
Establish efficient Accounting workflows to optimize Financial operations.
Work closely with the Management team to provide Financial insights and Recommendations.

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related field.
Professional certifications such as CA (CC), ACCA, or CMA (Partly Qualified) are required.
7+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management
Strong understanding of Bangladesh’s Tax Law, VAT Act, Company Law and corporate Financial regulations.
Proficiency in Budgeting, Fund Management, Regular Transaction Monitoring and Financial Reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
