Program Details

To help you plan your journey, here are the key operational logistics of the AIT Ascend program:

Duration: 6 Months (with Cohorts starting every January and July).
Format & Location: Fully on-site at our state-of-the-art development facilities.
Weekly Commitment: Full-time (Sunday to Thursday, 9 Hours Daily).
Compensation: A competitive monthly stipend designed to support top talent.

It is an individual competition. Some rounds or tasks might require teamwork, and individuals will be matched on those occasions.

What are the key dates?

What will we be tested on?

You will be tested on challenges specific to your selected track:

Technical Tracks (Engineering/DevOps/QA): Be prepared for challenges in algorithms, data structures, cloud architectures, system design, SQA automation, and coding under pressure.
Non-Technical Tracks (Business/Marketing): Be prepared for challenges in business analysis, strategic market expansion, campaign design, copywriting, and growth metrics.
