Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Efficiently manage project resource allocation and timelines.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, employing agile and scrum methodologies for project execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the project life cycle.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Technical Requirements:
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in software development and project management.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
Academic Requirements:
Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.
If you have a strong portfolio of complex applications/software/tools that you worked on, that would be terrific.
Experience Requirements:
8 years and above.
Younger candidates who do not meet the experience requirements but possess good skills may apply as well.
