Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure Odoo modules to align with business processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Prepare documentation for processes, workflows, and customizations.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and client stakeholders.
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sound understanding of ERP business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
- Prior experience working with Odoo (any version).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct training, gather requirements, and provide implementation support.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Academic Requirements:
Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.
If you have a strong portfolio of complex applications/software/tools that you worked on, that would be terrific.

Monthly Salary:
BDT. 65k and above.
