Job Requirements:
- Design beautiful, intuitive user interfaces that not only look good but feel right, which will be aesthetically pleasing.
- Translate complex problems into elegant, accessible solutions using design thinking and user research insights.
- Present your ideas confidently with clear explanations of design decisions, visual strategies, and systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices that scale.
- Mentor junior designers – help them grow, just like you.
- Contribute to team culture, design critiques, and creative ideation sessions.
- Embrace AI tools and tech trends to enhance your design workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect designs, real-world user interfaces, and storytelling through visuals.
- Are fluent in Figma, FigJam, and bonus if you know Framer, Webflow, or other prototyping tools.
- Understand accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-platform consistency.
- Have working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (you donʼt have to code, but you know whatʼs possible).
- Thrive in agile environments and can juggle multiple priorities without losing quality.
- Communicate clearly – whether itʼs in Discord, Slack, or presenting in front of a client.
- Stay curious, constantly learning new tools, trends, and user behaviors.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI-integrated products.
- Youʼve used AI tools to supercharge your process.
- Youʼve contributed to or maintained a design system in a real-world project.
Academic Requirements:
Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.
If you have a strong portfolio of complex applications/software/tools that you worked on, that would be terrific.
