Job Requirements:

- Lead the frontend development team in building responsive, scalable, and high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for frontend development.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and develop reusable, maintainable components and frameworks for consistent frontend delivery.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and fostering professional growth.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in frontend development to ensure our tech stack remains competitive.
- Work with DevOps and QA teams to streamline build pipelines, deployment processes, and testing strategies.
- Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of frontend solutions.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend libraries.
- Deep understanding of React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, Hooks).
- Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3.
- Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Material-UI).
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools like Lighthouse and Webpack is essential to ensure high-performing and efficient frontend applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and integrating third-party APIs.
- Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Academic Requirements:
Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.
If you have a strong portfolio of complex applications/software/tools that you worked on, that would be terrific.
Experience Requirements:
8-10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js. Experience in other frontend frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte is a plus. Proven experience in leading frontend teams or acting in a senior developer role.
