Job Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the company’s AI vision—leading strategy, architecture, and execution across all AI-driven initiatives
- Architect and scale production-grade AI/ML systems that power real-world applications across domains
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers, ML researchers, and data scientists
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate complex business challenges into intelligent, data-driven solutions
- Research, prototype, and deploy models in areas like computer vision, NLP, GenAI, and agentic AI
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI by evaluating emerging tools, foundation models, and research papers—then applying them pragmatically
- Implement scalable MLOps practices for model training, experimentation, CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining pipelines
- Drive responsible AI development by integrating fairness, transparency, and ethical governance throughout the entire model lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional tech discussions and communicate AI strategy, milestones, and impact to stakeholders
- Be the voice of our AI vision—advocate, inspire, and represent us across global AI communities, conferences, and high-impact collaborations.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or applied AI
- 4+ years of deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML models in production at scale
- Proven track record leading AI teams in shipping impactful ML solutions from ideation to deployment
- Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning
- Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines, vector databases, and real-time inference systems
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable compute and model hosting
- Hands-on with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs), GenAI stacks, or multi-agent systems is a huge plus
Academic Requirements:
Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.
If you have a strong portfolio of complex applications/software/tools that you worked on, that would be terrific.
Experience Requirements:
8+ years of industry experience in software engineering, data science, or AI-related fields with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI (machine learning, deep learning, applied AI).
Monthly Salary:
BDT. 180,000 – 2,30,000 / month
